Last week, artist Gavin Snider (@gavindedraw) instructed Brooklyn Brownstones, an Art Toolkit Workshop. Participants explored laying down washes and using their brush to carve out architectural shapes while paying attention to light and shadow. Gavin’s gentle teaching style paired beautifully with his verbal guidance, and we loved seeing what participants created during his workshop. Thank you to Chelsey, Lynne, Anushka, and Michelle for sharing your façade paintings of Greenpoint Floral Co.—the teals and burnt orangey-reds are fantastic!

We can’t get enough of the fun and dynamic watercolor papers made by Hahnemühle (@hahnemuehle_global)! Last winter, we started carrying their adorable Watercolor Bookmark Pad, and it was such a hit that we were inspired to add another paper shape to our selection!
